Maven in Behavior is a BCBA-founded and owned practice providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We work with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism, as well as individuals exhibiting maladaptive behaviors and social deficits — always using evidence-based approaches and interventions.
Founded by Alana Usategui Guilarte, M.S., BCBA — whose journey into this field began at home, when her twin brothers were diagnosed with Autism. Read our story →

What do the letters mean? A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) holds a master's-level certification and designs and supervises every program. RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) deliver 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision.
