Our flagship program · Ages 3–5
The Launchpad.
Ready for school. Ready to soar.
The Launchpad is a comprehensive, ABA-based school readiness program founded by Maven in Behavior — built to give learners ages 3–5 the skills, confidence, and independence a classroom asks of them.
Why school readiness
The first day of school shouldn't be the first time they practice it.
Classrooms ask a lot of a young learner: sit with a group, follow a routine, communicate with a new adult, manage transitions. The Launchpad teaches those exact skills — deliberately, positively, and one child at a time — before school does.
Circle time & group learning
Sitting, attending, and participating alongside peers.
Following classroom routines
Transitions, lining up, waiting, and multi-step directions.
Communication with teachers & peers
Asking for help, greeting friends, expressing needs.
Early academic readiness
Pre-writing, matching, sorting, and school-format learning.
Independence
Self-care routines a classroom expects — snack, bathroom, belongings.
Social play
Sharing, turn-taking, and building friendships through play.
Two ways to launch
A track for every timeline.
School-year program
Runs through the school year — a consistent, structured ABA-based classroom experience that builds readiness week over week.
Summer intensive
A focused summer program for learners preparing to start school — concentrated progress in the months that matter most.
Every Launchpad learner is supported by our BCBA-designed programming and 1:1 attention — the same clinical standard as all Maven in Behavior services. Spots are limited by design.
Is The Launchpad right for your child?
If any of these sound familiar, let's talk.
- Your child is 3–5 and school is on the horizon
- Group settings, routines, or transitions are a struggle
- A teacher or evaluator has suggested school-readiness support
- You want a structured, evidence-based head start — not just daycare
